This project, launched by the Cognacq Jay foundation, is located on a plot of 1,200 m2 between rue Notre Dame des Champs and Boulevard Raspail. It concerns the restructuring of two old buildings (18th and 19th centuries) and a garden. The main building, a building on the street and a private mansion overlooking the garden, restored, houses a crèche with 45 cradles, the Foundation's head office and other spaces used for offices or various events. The small pavilion in the garden is intended for a commercial or cultural activity. The garden has also been restructured.
