The SERCIB group, owner of the Château-Abbaye de Cassan, has purchased the disused buildings, large concrete cubes, of a cooperative winery located opposite Cassan in the commune of Gabian, to create an Oenological Center intended for the presentation and distribution of local wines and the relaunched production on the estate.

The agencies Rudy Ricciotti (winner), Kengo Kuma, Herault Arnod, Massimiliano Kuksas and GMDP ARCHITECTURE participated in this competition.

The program included a wine cellar, a public presentation space, an auditorium, a 120-room hotel and a restaurant.
