The project consists of a 5* hotel with 11 rooms spread over the R+1 to R+3 levels. On the ground floor, the hotel has its lobby, a lounge, a breakfast room, a 43-seat restaurant and its adjoining kitchen partially extending into the basement level. A fitness-spa area is installed in the basement. It provides access to a partially planted courtyard in the open ground, to the south of the plot. The rooms are spread across the floors, with four rooms per level, two on the courtyard side and two on the street side.
