The project consists of the complete restructuring of a Parisian building, between courtyard and garden, converted into a private residence. The five levels were connected by a new staircase and an elevator; a workshop was fitted out on the garden level.

The large volume of the original artist's studio, on the fourth level, has been recomposed, with its mezzanine and its terrace.

While maintaining the very Parisian character of this ensemble, the design was deliberately contemporary, in keeping with the owners' art collection. The garden was redesigned according to its new layout as well as the circulation through the terraces.
